Overview: This workshop will introduce participants to Faye Schwelitz' journaling method JOURNEY TO INNER FREEDOM: Writing from the Quiet Center. This title reflects the goal of centered writing: to uncover within ourselves an inner freedom unknown to us. As we discover hidden resources within us, we also find ways to free ourselves from the restrictions of our type and to see our type as a field of learning and growth. In fact, we begin to see that all the material of our life is a rich, exciting learning ground and fertile soil for new creative works. As this occurs, we find ourselves more inwardly free, truly ourselves. By writing from the Quiet Center we are able to follow our Inner Guideance and do the deep inner work our lives require.
Learning Objectives:
- To be introduced to the journal process and to begin experiencing this process.
- To become better grounded through journaling in awareness, acceptance, action, and adherence (the Universal Growth Process presented by Terry and David).
- To become acaquainted with the journal as an ongoing tool of growth.
